30-Minute Mental Wellness Check-ins: During COVID-19 I am offering affordable and meaningful sessions for individuals and couples that let you express your thoughts and feelings in this time where you may find your regular support system distant.
Individual First Session: Individual assessment to customize a path to mental well-being for you. (90 minutes, $260)
Individual Regular Session: Development of personal skills such as: coping, communication, & increasing self-awareness. (50 minutes, $200)
Couples First Session: Customize a path to mental well-being for you and your partner. (90 minutes, $290)
Couples Regular Session: Sharing emotions and experiences; improving communication and personal connections. (50 minutes, $250)
Payment methods include: Cash, Debit, Credit & Check
Superbills are provided to clients. These are submitted directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement of my services.

Nadine Durbach, LCSW, is a graduate of the University of Toronto. As a licensed Clinical Social Worker & Psychotherapist, she supports individuals, couples, families and organizations to cope with the challenges found in relationships, change and human nature.
Nadine's background in oncology, dementia, grief and loss, care management and counselling lends a unique perspective on the human condition. Nadine's passion is supporting her clients to be their authentic, fully expressed selves - always finding the strengths that are innate in each client.
Nadine's interest lies in guiding her clients to healthier and happier relationships. As a witness to human growth and development, Nadine's warmth, empathy and ability to see the big picture manifest in her work daily. In her free time, Nadine enjoys reading, spending time in nature and is a voracious lover of the arts.
