I’m Nadine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Diplomate with more than 30 years of clinical experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and organizations.

Clients typically see me to work on relationships, communication, aging, illness, caregiving, sexuality, mental health, and life transitions.

I help clients slow down, identify emotions, name what’s been hard to say, and begin making sense of the patterns affecting their relationships and choices, and develop coping tools to enhance their sense of self.

My approach is warm, compassionate, direct, and practical. I bring clinical depth, real-world perspective, innate wisdom, and a steady presence to conversations that can feel emotionally complicated, uncomfortable, or long overdue.
